1.- CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS AND SERVICES
When making the payment of any of our services, VIAJES PUNO EXPLORER will send a confirmation of payment immediately on the website and your email.
2.- MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS and PENALTIES
Once confirmed the reservation, modifications and cancellations will only be accepted in writing to the following e-mail: viajespunoexplorer@gmail.com Considering the penalties that we detail below:
- Up to 10 days before the date of service and / or Tour: 0% penalty of the total price.
- Up to 8 days before the date of service and / or Tour: 20% penalty of the total price.
- Up to 5 days before the date of service and / or Tour: 40% penalty of the total price.
- Up to 2 days or less from the date of service and / or Tour: 100% penalty of the total price.
- No show: 100% penalty of the total price
- The penalties on some tours and / or services are more flexible and can be canceled up to 24 hours before starting the activity without any charge.
- In case of force majeure such as weather problems and other factors that prevent the development of the tour and / or activity will not apply any penalty, provided it is the responsibility of VIAJES PUNO EXPLORER.
3.- REIMBURSEMENT
In the case of a refund in accordance with the above conditions, VIAJES PUNO EXPLORER. will inform the client in writing and will return the money within the next 5 to 8 business days.
4. RESPONSIBILITY OF TRAVELERS
Try at all times to ensure the normal course of scheduled activities within the contracted services.
No responsibility is accepted for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedules due to weather, health issues, strikes or other causes. All these losses or expenses will be borne by the traveler.
